Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of FirmBridge Tulare Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services Provided

FirmBridge Tulare Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, decorative concrete, and masonry work. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are unsafe or if project requirements are outside our scope of work.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all concrete projects. Estimates are based on site visits, measurements, and project specifications discussed with you. Final pricing may vary if site conditions change or if additional work is required. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your project contract.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

We make every effort to complete projects on time and as scheduled. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will keep you informed of any delays and work with you to adjust schedules as needed. You agree to provide access to the work site during scheduled work hours and to ensure that the area is clear of obstacles and hazards.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on workmanship as outlined in your project contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or conditions beyond our control. Concrete is a natural material and may develop minor surface cracks over time due to settling, temperature changes, or other factors. We will discuss expected performance and maintenance requirements with you before starting your project.

Limitation of Liability

FirmBridge Tulare Concrete is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We carry appropriate insurance and licensing as required by California state law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local building codes and regulations. We can assist with permit applications and provide documentation as needed, but final responsibility for compliance rests with you as the property owner. Work will not begin until all required permits are obtained.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or if work has already begun. Refund policies will be outlined in your project contract. We reserve the right to cancel projects if payment is not received as agreed or if site conditions make the work unsafe or impractical.
